Project Task/Challenge:

Our client is a US-based recruiting company specializing in healthcare professionals.

They required a flexible and adaptable system to manage their complex recruitment processes.

Prior to consulting with us, the company had been utilizing Airtable for their data management needs. But, as they were first setting up their solution, they stumbled into a few pitfalls that eventually led to a rather tangled system.

This intricate mess gave rise to tough support situations and demanded pricey, time-consuming tweaks.

Project Solution

To tackle the challenge, our choice was to iron out the issues and make the most of the existing Airtable.

Our goal was to provide the client with a tool to define their recruitment processes using tables, diagrams, and automation.

We challenged no-code capabilities to create a customizable solution to make the whole recruitment process effective and streamlined.

In order to forge a pliable and user-friendly setup, we used our proprietary technology, the "Flowchart BP Engine" is a business process automation solution based on Airtable Engine.

The solution strikes a fine balance between no-code simplicity and the boundless potential of custom development.

It empowers us to construct a visual business process directly within the Airtable solution, seamlessly integrated with all essential systems.

In addition, we’ve added the workflow templates to provide users adapt the process according to their needs and work style. We crafted templates with adaptability in mind, catering to diverse recruiters, scenarios, and job positions. Each template can be individually tweaked, featuring distinct predefined steps and patterns for automation.

The icing on the cake is that users don't have to be developers to configure this solution - it's both straightforward and intuitive.
